1:23am: That was unexpected
Well...wow. That's new. I haven't been really sitting around the movie forums much lately, but I was surprised to hear the truth about the Golden Compass. So the guy made it with the sole purpose of "killing God"? Whatever...

I have no problem with Harry Potter and stuff, but making a book with the sole purpose of leading kids to atheism? Ya, I can't support that at all. The fact the trailer is highly misleading with the "from the people who brought you the Chronicles of Narnia" line...what were these people thinking? My personal guess is that they did it because "Well we made a pro-Christian movie, we gotta please the other audience..." logic. But still, to then use a line to lure in that same Christian audience? That's pretty sick...

And yes I know, this may seem overreacting to some of the people on my friends list, but I suppose you gotta look at it from a Christian viewpoint. Why would I be praising something like this?

I've heard from reports that the movie is actually less anti-Christian than the books (in fact most people say the third book is where the crap really hits the fan), but a good point has been posted. If kids like this movie, they'll ask their parents for the books. The damage will be get through.

*sighs and shakes head* Well...it sucks, but what can you do? Just pray to God it bombs and make sure people know the truth.

Seriously, what the heck is WRONG with these children? I can't lie, I do visit some really nasty places where otaku hang out. Do I go there for the bad stuff? No, I don't care about the hentai and all that nonsense, I just visit the clean spots...but still. These places are usually regarded as some of the more twisted and morally wrong, but you know what? EVEN THEY'RE MORE SYMPATHETIC THAN THESE KIDS. I'm not saying a lot of the stuff hardcore otaku do is correct, much of it isn't, but for crying out loud...

It's one thing to be sarcastic, but it's pretty upfront that they're being honest. The fact that this behavior is not new to SPPf is probably the reason I'm distancing myself so much from it. You have some nice members, but it's become such a game of "The popular members are jerks, so lets be that way too!" that I can't stand being there. No friggin wonder the Bible says it gets worse, God have mercy on these idiots and any child they may have. I'd rather see them change their ways, but I can't honestly say I expect that to happen.

So lately I've been wondering...maybe I should buy a Japanese iTunes card. I mean, there are loads of Japanese songs I love, but so many of them are specific to their CD. It's not that I want to be a jerk or anything, but why would you pay about 20 (or more depending) for one song...and a bunch you don't want? I mean, that also leaves a whole bunch of other songs I'd still need to buy and that's just gonna run me dry...

Problem? While I could buy a Japanese iTunes card, I don't even KNOW what artists are on the thing. I do like some regular Jpop songs, but many Japanese songs I listen to are...not what I'd call popular. Character/evo/etc. songs from digimon, insert songs for anime with the characters singing...not to mention I somehow doubt that I'll be finding Pokemon songs on there. I might find the singers who perform them, but I'm not sure such unpopular and childish songs would even be found there.

Maybe I'm wrong, maybe they'd be there...but how the heck am I suppose to know? I guess I could gamble, buy a card and check it out, but I can't say that wouldn't be rather annoying.

Would just be easier if there was a place online that had the answer I needed. >>

Bah...this sucks. Found a really nice cel of Dende online and wanted to get it, but no. What happens? Some jerk butts in at like...THE LAST SECOND and gets it. Ticks me off because he's one of my favorite characters. Sure this guy may like him as well, but something tells me the answer is no. I mean, the guy also bought that 120 or so dollar auction of the rare DB dvd's. Just seems like the "I love DB! HEY A CEL! I'LL BUY IT!" type.

Pft. This sucks. Like anyone else really wants a Dende cel. x_x

I knew the government was being Mr.Dictator, but seriously. This is getting disgusting.

Now they want to pass a law that makes it illegal to sell large versions of fries, burgers, etc. at fast food chains? Yes I understand their point, people are getting heavy because of them, but what the heck?

If they choose not to eat it, that's fine. To say "I don't want to eat it because it's bad, but YOU CAN'T EAT IT EITHER!" is totally stepping out of line though.

I've never been a person who was huge over fast food or large servings, I usually just got like a small drink, med fry and a ice cream cone or something, but what about people like my dad? He's a big guy, and not the fat type. He ain't going to eat small and medium sized servings. Furthermore, they also want to make all the menu's healthier? Ya. Do that.

The food is gonna taste nasty though.

Seriously, it's like when they tried to make New Coke in the mid 80's. People know what they like and their taste isn't going to change.

Unfortunately this is the same government who forces you to wear a seat belt too. I can understand it being required by law to buckle a child, but an adult? If you're old enough to understand what will happen if you don't have one on, it's your choice whether to wear it or not I think. I mean, they know they might die, but that's their choice.

LET THEM HAVE IT.

12:03am: Somebody must be breaking a 1000 commandments around here...
...cuz that'd explain the flood. Like, everywhere.

I love rain, I really do, but when I have to start fearing my bedroom will start leaking water, you know you have TOO MUCH water. My grandmother's house is like...really close to hitting water. The yard around her home has always been really low and fills with water fast, but lately it won't stop raining here. Tonight we had tornado warnings, loads of rain, and some of the sharpest lightning I've seen in forever.

For the past week or two it's done nothing but rain! My cousin woke up in his bed the other day and stepped into 18 inches of water! Thank God he wasn't electrocuted or something, I mean, he fell asleep with his tv and crap on, but how would he know? Seriously, I wouldn't be surprised if the school's were closed tomorrow, that's how bad it is here. We have like a mini pond out back. I'm incredibly grateful we're on a rather large hill to help keep water out, but we already had some seeping into the utility room.

x_x oi. I normally love rain to death, but this is getting rather unsettling...

12:09am: Goosebumps
OH ya! I may hate live action on CN, but THIS I can live with! It looks like the old FOX Kids series of Goosebumps might air in October. *fangirls* I love Goosebumps. I even remember my mom sometimes reading the books when I brought them home, because some of the stories were actually pretty dang good.

Though kinda random, and strange because of how happy I am at the moment, if some of my friends here could pray for me, I'd appreciate it. 6:25am: In my last entry I kinda rambled over the basics, but in this one I just need to get some stuff off my chest. Mostly fandom stuffles. With lots of pointlessness. Blame Meg-chan for part of it. She's the one who asked what I thought about the Transformers movie. 8D

2:34am: And...I'm still not dead yet! :D Lazy, but not dead. Though I guess since I'm working, I'm technically not all that lazy, but still...I could've found time to update this dang thing. ^^;

Either way, I doubt anybody cares or worries to much. If you haven't gotten use to my disappearing by now, you definitely haven't been on my friends list long enough. xP

So what's happened--well obviously working like I've said. Normally my days are as so;

2 work days | 1 day off | 2 work days | 1 day off

And then it'll alternate the next week to one work day and two days off, but this week I have three days in a row. Have another set of three later next week. Granted I'm not exactly thrilled about it (especially because the other kid who does my job doesn't have ANY of this crap. Why are they giving it all to me? He gets all these extra days off now for no friggin reason), but in a sense I am kind of happy. August 25-26 I'm going to Omaha to see my uncle, so having extra money to spend will be pretty nice. This town I live in is so small, to finally visit a nice large city will be nice!

Another thing I'm happy about is I get to go to the Omaha Zoo. I went there for Girl Scouts when I was younger (yes I was a girl scout, bite me XD) and even got to sleep over in the zoo, but it's been so long. I remember absolutely loving the aquarium, it was so pretty and had one of those all water walkways you went through. Seeing all those fish swim above and around you like you were under water was so cool. I can't wait to see it again! x3

Other than that, not a whole lot has went on. God has blessed me with a very content time in my life and for that I am truely grateful. I don't ever remember being this happy and relaxed for such a long period of time. In fact, not only have I ignored my LJ because of it, but pretty much all other sites I go to as a whole. The most internet stuff I've done lately has consisted of looking up various crap on Youtube and checking comic book and TV information. Yay for avatar season 3! Ty Lee once again proves to be the most adorable one.

I also snagged up an issue of the Deadpool/GLI summer fun issue. Yes I'm a geek, I know.

Anything else...not really. Gonna get pizza probably tomorrow! 8D At least you all now know I'm still alive.

In other news, yes, Rindi is the biggest liar on the face of the earth. Said I would start updating more and then I disappear. I think I jinx myself when I do that...

But either way, this time there is a reasonable excuse. Not only have we been moved to the new house with my room (and the others) getting organized, but I also got a job. Combine those two things with lots of shopping for new items for the house...oi. I've had days where I only got three or so hours of sleep. x-x Sucks majorily.

Thankfully it's mostly done, so praise the Lord for that! In fact I praise Him extra at the moment because I wanted to miss work today and He got me out of it. Mind you it took on the form of strep throat, but considering I'm happy about it...it's not so bad. >>; ^^; XD

Um, lesse...most of the stuff going on has been house related and that's boring, I guess I could mention my break up issues with this month.

For anyone who's seen Pirates and Spider-Man, is it just me, or are the movies all into this "break up and get back together" plot? Sure with Pirates it was a smaller part of the big picture, but it was pretty huge. It's also just two movies I guess, but I dunno...it bothered me, alright?! ^^;

Anywho, working on some photobucket crap. Really need to clean stuff out and find spots for things in my room.~

9:11am: Yanno, I recently got to thinking something. Islam is not a peaceful religion. Not only does the whole religion focus upon death and destruction (it's a sin for them not kill certain people. A sin NOT TO KILL?), but we've all heard how they feel about the United States. Their religion is basically telling them to destroy us.

Now call me crazy...but shouldn't that mean Islam believers should be banned from the United States? I mean, if part of their religion says to destroy America, I can't POSSIBLY see how they should be allowed to live here.

Just something I thought of...and yes, I know. "Not all muslims are evil". Like I said though, it's a sin for them not to do this stuff. Therefore anyone who is a true Islam believer WILL do this stuff.

Eeeee, Kunt-kun is mondo kawaii! x3 There are so many good pictures of him out there, but I honestly do think this is one of the best. So darn adorable...and to think animal rights activists wanted him put down at one point. So what if he's bottle fed because his mother rejected him? He's still a bear and therefore won't lose any of his natural senses. Gah...I hope to God he stays tiny for sometime longer. One of the cutest polar bears ever. His face reminds me of my dog. XD

4:07am: God help them...
...wow. I never thought I'd see anything like this ever. I almost prayed to God I wouldn't. I can't believe it. I just can't believe it.

Bored from cleaning, I sat down and checked some of the Japanese image boards I go to. Someone posted child porn all over one. I mean...like babies getting violated and stuff. I just...couldn't believe it. I felt like my whole body ran cold. I reported it and hopefully the authorities can get to it on time, but...ugh. *shudders* I pray to God those poor kids get rescued...that's just nasty.

9:37am: It truely has begun...
Technically revelations began when Jesus went to heaven. Or at least, that's what I assume. For it to start while He was still alive wouldn't have made much sense. ^^; Either way, despite being here for so very long, the world hasn't been in too terrible shape. Yes gay rights and stuff are getting more "love" and bull, but overall things were still pretty good. And really they're all still doing pretty good, yanno?

Well...today I saw something that truely showed me the end is beginning. Apparently in the UK, those cameras they have outside (to monitor people around the busy traffic areas and junk) are getting mic. systems installed. That means, if someone on the camera sees you littering, they don't have to call up an officer to go get you. They just talk through the camera at you and tell you to stop.

Does ANYONE besides me see how messed up and creepy that is? That's like those sci fi movies where the government monitors your life! What's worse is that Americans and people in general are so stupid, they'll let it happen! People are going to look at this and say "Oh, it's ok. It's smart and kinda cool!" and let it happen. Gah...people are so stupid. This whole thing scares the crap out of me, but thankfully I'm on the right side so oh well. I guess I'll still be safe. Just doesn't make sense how people can see this stuff happening and say the Bible is full of it. Ya...it just said all this crap is gonna happen and it's happening. It's SO full of it. *rolls eyes* Ugh...I hope to God our government waits some years before getting stupid and bringing it over. Like they don't watch over us enough.

Seriously. As much as Naruto's sexy jutsu bothered me, what occured in today's chapter was just...overly disgusting. As if that yuri thing was bad enough, I think I wanna pour acid in my eyes over that Sai/Sasuke scene. Seriously, what the freak was that about? Kishi got the hots for guys or something? That was...like something from some creepy yaoi fangirl's dream. The fact you KNOW they'll be obsessing over it adds to the pain.

Oh gosh. I hope to God they edit that whole thing from the anime.

It's an incredibly short audio clip from the Naruto Nippon show, but sadly I can't get a translation. The only place that dealt with the stuff closed and most people I've run into seem to avoid audio translations. If you don't want to it's ok, but I thought I should ask since your so experienced with it. ^^;

For the longest time in my life, little kids have always loved me. Heck, I even remember a little girl I didn't know (she was playing in her yard, probably 4 at the most) ran out and hugged me when my cousin and I were walking home from school one day. Granted it was very odd, and neither of us knew what it was about, but pretty much every other little kid I've met seems to always cling to me. I guess now I've accepted it's probably my calling.

This weekend my mom's going to contact the pastor's wife for our church. See if I can work with the little kids and stuff. I mean, I love God and I love playing around, for me to work with the young ones would be perfect. Especially since I still remember songs from when I was in Sunday school. XD
